Law degree obtained in 1995 at the State University of Milan, business specialisation. Admitted to the Bar of Brescia in 2001, from 1995 to 1999 she carried out her professional activity at a leading patent consultancy firm in Brescia, gaining experience in the field of trademarks, contract law and litigation, both out of court and in court. In 2001 she founded and set up the firm Biesse S.r.l., with which she works on a stable basis as head of the trademark department and the legal area.

Degree in mechanical engineering obtained in 2001 at the University of Genoa, turbomachinery specialisation. His degree thesis concerns the interaction between stator and rotor cascades in gas turbines. He was an associate researcher at the aerospace engineering department of the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, in the field of the fluid dynamics of synthetic jets. He gained ten years of experience at leading industrial property consultancy firms in Milan, including the firm Porta Checcacci & Associati, and in 2011 he joined the team of professionals at Biesse S.r.l., as a partner and head of the management of the firm. In 2016 he obtained the diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe (DESU, CEIPI & University of Strasbourg) and is qualified before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Degree in electronic engineering obtained in 1997 at the University of Brescia, measurement instrumentation specialisation. Registered with the Order of Engineers of the province of Brescia, from 1997 to 2004 she worked at an important Brescia-based textile machinery company as head of after-sales and management of the internal industrial property portfolio. In 2004 she joined the professionals of the firm Biesse S.r.l., of which she is a partner, carrying out her activity in particular in the field of patents, designs and models.

Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry obtained in 2001 at the University of Naples Federico II. Since 2002 he has been qualified to practise as a chemist. He gained ten years of experience at a respected industrial property consultancy firm in Milan. He is registered on the Italian register of patent attorneys and has partly passed the qualification examination at the European Patent Office. He has acted as a court-appointed technical expert in several infringement cases. In 2012 he joined the staff of professionals at the Biesse firm.

Admitted to the Bar of Brescia in 2015, from 2011 to 2013 she carried out her professional activity at a leading law firm in Brescia, gaining experience in the field of contract law and civil litigation. Since 2011 she has worked on a stable basis with the Biesse firm, carrying out her activity in the field of trademarks, contract law and out-of-court and in-court litigation.

Bachelor's degree with honours (2014) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and master's degree with honours (2016) in Drug Biotechnology obtained at the University of Milan. He then worked with the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the same University on the development of new catalysts to be used in the construction of artificial metalloenzymes. In 2018 he began his career as a patent attorney at the BIESSE firm and in 2022 he qualified as an Italian attorney.

She worked at a management consultancy firm in the province of Brescia, where she dealt with the creation and analysis of reporting tools to support the decision-making processes of client companies. She began working at Biesse in April 2024.

After experience in the field of engineering design and consultancy, she joined the Biesse firm in 2005, acquiring and consolidating her skills in national, international and foreign patent procedures and regulations. She currently supports the senior attorneys, dealing with the administrative procedures relating to European, Italian and foreign patents, PCT as well as European Union designs. This activity involves the autonomous management of cases relating to: patents, models, designs in Italy and abroad; in particular as regards the preparation of the filing documentation, the management of deadlines, the management of the archive, following the entire procedure up to grant.

Degree in architecture obtained in 1997 at the Politecnico di Milano, design specialisation. He is registered with the Order of Architects of the province of Brescia. Since 1997, in addition to the construction sector, he has been active and works in the field of industrial design, where for companies in the healthcare sector he has developed design products, following the production process from creative drawing to prototyping. Autodesk-certified since 2009, he has developed knowledge of various design software and since 2010 he has worked with Biesse S.r.l.

She then gained experience in accounting working at a Brescia firm of chartered accountants, dealing mainly with the accounting management of numerous companies. Since 2010 she has worked at the Biesse firm in the administrative area. Main activities: issuing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices, payments to suppliers, head of company personnel, renewals of patents and trademarks both Italian and foreign, as well as the activities related to this service required by the various local procedures.
